We compared 10 UK TRT clinics on published price, what the price includes and who looks after you.
Evernu runs this blog and ranks itself first, for its full choice of injections, cream, gel and tablets, fertility medication, one named doctor and a flat £99 a month all-in price for injections.
Monthly prices are hard to compare on their own. Blood tests, consultations and injection supplies can add hundreds of pounds a year, so we show first-year and second-year costs where clinics publish enough to work them out.
Who wrote this: Evernu is a UK TRT provider, so we are not a neutral judge, and we have put ourselves first. No clinic paid to appear here. Every price below comes from the clinic’s own website, and we link to each one so you can check it yourself. Prices were checked on 30 October 2026 and can change, so confirm them before you book.
The 10 clinics at a glance
This table uses each clinic’s lowest published price for injectable treatment. Your own cost depends on your dose and plan. Where a clinic does not publish enough to work out a yearly total, we say so instead of guessing.

How we ranked them
We looked at six things, in this order:
Price clarity. Can you work out what you will pay before you sign up?
What the price includes. Treatment, supplies, blood tests and doctor reviews, or only some of them?
Treatment choice. Can you choose between injections, cream, gel and tablets, and is fertility medication available?
Who looks after you. Is the doctor named, and will you keep seeing the same one?
Regulation. Is the clinic registered with the right UK health regulator?
Access. Can you do it remotely, and how easy is it to reach the team?
The order is our judgement, and you may weigh these differently. A man who wants face-to-face appointments in London should not choose the same clinic as a man who wants the simplest monthly bill. That is why each entry says who it suits.
1. Evernu
Best for: a full choice of treatment, one named doctor and a clear monthly price.
We have put ourselves first for these reasons:
A full choice of treatment: we offer injections, cream, gel and tablets, so you and your doctor can choose what suits you and your routine.
Fertility medication: if protecting your fertility matters to you, your doctor can discuss adding fertility medication to your plan.
A flat all-in price for injections:£99 a month at any dose up to 140mg a week. That covers your medication, syringes, needles, swabs and a sharps bin, doctor oversight, dose adjustments, messaging support and your monitoring blood tests, which are at 3, 6 and 12 months in year 1, then twice a year.
The same doctor throughout: Dr Michael Gough (GMC 7263528) leads prescribing, so you are not passed between prescribers.
Fast responses: you can message our patient support team when something comes up during treatment.
Before you start: an at-home blood test (£26.99) and an in-clinic test (£110) are charged once.
Regulator: the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
Worth knowing: the £99 price is for injections up to 140mg a week. Higher doses, other types of treatment and fertility medication are priced for your plan at your consultation.
2. Voy
Best for: a choice of injectable, oral and topical treatment on one subscription.
Voy lists injectable treatment at £99 to £169 a month, oral at £99 and topical at £129 to £169. Its subscription includes medication, monitoring blood tests, doctor follow-ups, GP letters, injection supplies and postage. Before treatment you pay £33.95 for a first blood test (first-order price) and £79.95 for a remote consultation, plus a second, more detailed blood test. Moving from another clinic costs £70 for the consultation.
3. Leger Clinic
Best for: men who want to see each cost separately, from a long-established clinic.
Leger charges a £28 monthly membership (or £280 a year) and treatment is paid for separately at £10 to £60 a month. The first doctor consultation is £149, and monitoring tests start from £52 each. Leger estimates a typical first year on injectable treatment at £1,477 and a second year at £1,168. Those estimates count blood tests but do not list review consultations, which cost £39 with a nurse practitioner or £77 with a doctor when you need one. It says it is built on more than 30 years of clinical leadership in testosterone deficiency and shows an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
4. Origin TRT
Best for: choosing between an all-inclusive plan and a lower monthly fee.
Origin offers all-inclusive plans at £105 to £199 a month in year 1 and £95 to £189 in year 2, covering treatment, blood tests and clinic fees, doctor reviews, injection supplies and travel letters. Its Flexible Care Plans cost £59 or £99 a month, with blood tests and injection supplies arranged separately. A new patient consultation is £99, or £75 if you are transferring. Its parent company is CQC registered.
5. Numan
Best for: doctor calls and blood tests built into one plan from a well-known men’s health brand.
Numan lists injectable treatment from £129 a month, oral from £89 and topical from £99, and its help centre says most patients pay £79 to £169. Plans include necessary blood tests, routine follow-up calls with a doctor and injection supplies. It gives a total diagnostic cost of up to £149, and it is CQC regulated.
6. Balance My Hormones
Best for: a case manager, with the choice of all-inclusive or pay as you go.
Balance My Hormones has an all-inclusive plan at £149 a month on its standard injectable vial, covering delivery, scheduled blood tests, clinic visits, follow-up consultations, a case manager and injection supplies. Pay as you go costs £90 to £150 a month for medication, delivery and case manager support, with tests and consultations bought separately. Test and consultation bundles run from £199 to £269.
7. Optimale
Best for: men who want a subscription priced by treatment type.
Optimale prices its monthly subscription according to the treatment you are prescribed. Check its cost page for current figures, and ask what the subscription covers, including blood tests and injection supplies.
8. The Men’s Health Clinic
Best for: a dedicated doctor with no subscription or long contract.
The Men’s Health Clinic is doctor-led and CQC regulated, and it dispenses medication directly from the clinic. It says it does not tie patients into subscriptions and will support requests for shared care with an NHS GP. Its cost page does not list treatment prices, so you will need to ask for them.
9. Centre for Men’s Health
Best for: face-to-face care in London or Manchester.
Centre for Men’s Health charges per appointment. A one-hour new patient assessment is £525 in London or £375 in Manchester, with a £270 blood test. Its FAQs list follow-ups at £325 and £195. It puts treatment at around £58 to £75 a month depending on the type. This suits men who value in-person time with a specialist and expect to pay more for it.
10. Sussex Wellman Clinic
Best for: a small local practice if you live near Brighton and Hove.
Sussex Wellman Clinic is a CQC-registered men’s health practice in Brighton and Hove that focuses on low testosterone. Its prices page lists fees from £150 to £280, with medication at roughly £30 to £100 a month.
What to check before you choose
Add up the whole year. Ask for the total including pre-treatment tests, your first consultation, monitoring tests, follow-ups, supplies and delivery.
Ask what treatments are available. Check whether the clinic offers the type of treatment you want, and what it can do if protecting your fertility matters to you.
Ask what happens if your dose changes. Several clinics, including ours, price by treatment or dose, so your bill may not stay at the lowest figure.
Check the regulator yourself. Search the Care Quality Commission in England, RQIA in Northern Ireland, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales or Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
Check the doctor. You can look up any UK doctor on the General Medical Council register by name or number.
Be wary of skipped monitoring. A low price is poor value if it depends on leaving out the blood tests that keep treatment safe.
Ask how you reach the team. Find out who answers when you have a question between appointments, and how you contact them.
Frequently asked questions
How much does private TRT cost in the UK?
On the prices above, an all-inclusive plan starts at about £99 to £149 a month. A full first year on injectable treatment is usually somewhere between about £1,300 and £2,050 once tests and consultations are counted. Our TRT cost guide explains why prices vary.
Do I need blood tests before starting TRT?
Yes. UK clinics generally ask for two blood tests confirming low testosterone before prescribing, as well as a review of your symptoms and medical history. The samples should be taken in the morning.
Can I switch TRT clinic?
Yes. Many clinics offer a transfer route. Voy lists a £70 transfer consultation, Origin £75 and Leger from £59. Evernu has no joining fee and your video consultation is free. See how switching to Evernu works.
Can I get TRT on the NHS?
Sometimes. Treatment is available where you meet the criteria and there is a service in your area, but access varies. A GP is the place to start, and some men go private when NHS access is limited.
Is the cheapest TRT clinic the best one?
Not necessarily. Compare what is included, how often you are monitored and who looks after you. A cheaper monthly fee can cost more over a year if tests and supplies are charged separately.
See if TRT could be right for you
Start with an at-home blood test. If treatment is suitable, you’ll have a free video consultation with Dr Gough, and £99 a month covers your care after that.
This article is general information, not medical advice. Whether TRT is suitable for you is a decision for a doctor after blood tests and a full assessment.
