Delete your Evernu account

You can delete your Evernu account, which is also your account in the Evernu app, at any time.

• In the app: open Settings and tap Delete account.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens next

If you're not on a treatment plan, your account closes straight away and your personal details are removed: your name, email address, phone number and address. This can't be undone.

If you're on a treatment plan, a member of our team first stops your prescription and cancels your subscription, then closes your account. We'll email you within 5 working days.

Records we have to keep

The law requires us to keep some records after your account is closed:

• Clinical records, prescriptions and consents: at least 8 years from your last contact with us.
• Payment records: 6 years.
